I would highly recommend The Summit PT to anyone who needs rehab for rotator cuff surgery. I have been in rehab the last few months and I am so thankful for the staff & therapists who have had a hand in my recovery. From the amazing Rosa @ the front desk to the therapist who have such a heart for their patients & for the knowledge & commitment they provide this place is amazing. I personally want to thank them & will miss them as I transition out from my recovery. Thanks Jennifer, Abel, Marty & Kinn for making my time at therapy not only memorable but insightful as you shared so much with me during my PT care. I met the staff at Summit Reedley in 2025 when I was looking to strengthen my left knee and hopefully prolong the inevitable, a knee replacement. I was put through the paces of stretching and working on range of motion, along with strengthening exercises. I did gain some range of motion and felt stronger. Unfortunately, my pain persisted and I had a knee replacement the end of November. This is where I really came to appreciate all of the staff at Summit Reedley. From the front office to the doctor and PT assistants, I felt encouraged and supported through my knee rehab. This staff worked in unison to ensure I was getting what I needed and that I understood that the stretches, the workouts and the icing were paramount to my recovery. I am grateful that this excellent standard of care is available in Reedley. ~ Lori W

From day one everyone has been so helpful and genuinely interested in my recovery. They explain my treatment plan, provide updates and are always willing to listen and answer my questions. The staff is professional and provides an excellent level of care. It's quickly apparent that they really enjoy working with each other and helping you heel. Dr. Marty is the ring leader who sets the tone for a fun learning experience for staff and patients alike. Jennifer, Abel, Brenda, and Jared all work closely together with each patient and it's nice to know that they all are familiar with every patients treatment plan. Rosa manages the front desk and greets every patient with a smile and is always willing to help you with your treatment schedules. I’ve been receiving PT from Summit Physical Therapy in Reedley for the past month. Everyone in the office from the front office , the doctor or the PT assistants are so very welcoming & helpful. From the initial consultation to the first time going through the exercises everything is explained thoroughly. They have me looking at myself in the mirrors to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly ( for me it’s working on strengthening my left hip & getting full range of motion after my hip surgery) This is a great place to have your PT done at & I highly recommend checking them out should you need any PT! ~ Stephanie I

In my short 6-week (12-session) program here, I learned and experienced more healing and beneficial workout routines and techniques than I had anytime before. My severe back pain was largely due to the ignorance of how to manage and treat it, and the staff here were more than willing to take the time and care to teach me what I need to do myself, outside of this program. This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone here for helping me get to live again. From well-trained staff and aides, to the welcoming and altogether-friendly attitude in everyone, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone that needs help recovering from and dealing with pain. Where my pain level was around 8-9 on any given day at the beginning, I am now finishing my last day here with a pain level of 2-3 on the WORST days, and just barely a 1 on average. Welcoming, friendly, encouraging, supportive, empathetic, and informative. I did not wait in waiting room for a long time, which I have encountered at other physical therapy companies. For the few minutes I did wait the front desk girl was cool, she made small talk with the patients and she was professional. The staff was very considerate and careful about how they worked with your injury. I witnessed staff attending to all walks of life and had patience with the elderly. One particular moment caught my eye and warmed my heart. A Spanish speaking man in a wheelchair came in and they assisted him to wash his hands with a smile and very delicately cared for him. I love to see the next generation of medical staff being so considerate. I love that they are a bilingual company too. During these times of discrimination when you walk inside Summit, they made you forget what was going on outside. ~ Genevieve G

I've experienced some vast improvement during my sessions here at the Summit PT. I really appreciate the professionalism within the staff. My visits start with the welcoming curtousy displayed by Rosa the receptionist. Her communication between appointments has helped me so much that I yet to miss any appointments. The expertise by the rest of the staff has educated me on how to treat my injuries at home without injuring myself. They've been a tremendous help in dealing with my injuries from day to day. If I could I will give the summit 10 Stars they have a great doctor on board and his staff are top notch therapist they've done an awesome job rehabilitating my injuries to my back and neck I would recommend this place to anyone that would listen they're working miracles on my physique and the receptionist Rosa is one of a kind I hope she understands how valuable she is to that establishment I can't say enough good stuff about these guys very knowledgeable and on top of it yes I would definitely give them 10 Stars ~ Michael G

I am a current patient at The Summit PT and my experience so far is just the amazing I can definitely feel a difference now compared to the state I was physically in the beginning, everyone is super friendly and kind they all take time to get to know their patients which is my favorite thing about them. My daughter, Kaileigh, has been coming to the Reedley Summit center for a couple of months from a sprained hip. Right away the staff was super friendly, and my daughter was impressed that her therapist made her feel super comfortable and she’s a teenage girl. As a mom, that put my mind at ease knowing she’s in good hands. Rosa, the receptionist, has been so kind any time my daughter and I walked through the door. As a student physical therapist interning here for a few months, I wasn't really expecting to get my own injuries taken care of. But the simple exercises Dr Mohr and Eddie taught me at Compass have made my neck feel more stable and cured my ten years of neck pain! If you are unfortunate to need Physical Therapy, don't fret. Things will turn around for and your unfortunate will be fortunate by going to Summit Physical Therapy. I hobbled in after a knee replacement surgery and finished my Therapy with no restrictions. The instructors are fantastic, in the skills and human understanding and care. Very friendly and helpful crew. Abel is the one that has helped me since I had my Meniscus Surgery. About 2 years ago. I came back to the Summit because of the crew that works there. Rosa, Abel, and Jen. They continue to help me now that I've had my knee replacement but all the crew members are great. 👍🏼When you walk in Juanna treats you with a smile and is very friendly. Hard to find a therapy place with such a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Leesch and his crew treat every patient that comes through their door as family. Love that they have an app for in home workouts/stretches that anyone can follow to help the recovery process! This office has the most professional and friendliest staff! They take the time to actually listen to your areas of concern and adjust your treatment accordingly. Anyone will be able to clearly see their team work and efforts to provide patients with care. I am receiving vestibular therapy to treat a variety of symptoms aftering a shooting range training drill left me with mild hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. On my bad days when symptoms are flaring up, I walk out of there with a feeling of relief, and the symptoms are tolerable. I continuously tell Jennifer that I would pay out of pocket for office visits to see her if my insurance would not approve PT treatment. She is very knowledgeable, and manipulates affected areas very well. I would personally describe the discomfort relief as spa treatment for my conditions. The front desk is always welcoming, they communicate very clearly, and they schedule you ASAP. You are able to call and text the front desk too, which helps with a busy work schedule. They are bilingual and treat everyone with the same professionalism. Reedley is lucky to have this office and their services available to them! ~ Keri B

Everyone at Compass Physical Therapy is very very friendly. They made my recovery very enjoyable and every time I had an appointment I was always looking forward to it.
